How It’s Made

We start with happy goats that are raised on the LaClare Family Farms in Malone, Wisconsin.

The goats are milked twice daily. Then the milk is quickly trucked to a state of the art, secret production facility just a few miles away.

At the facility, the milk is quarantined for 24 hours where it is thoroughly tested for contaminants and verified as hormone free.

The milk is then quickly processed, churned and piped to the production room where the ice cream containers are filled. At the exact same time, the swirls and or inclusions are introduced giving us our signature “Spoon Consistency.” Then each pint receives a safety seal, packed into a case and flash frozen on our “freezer mountain.” Then it is sent to be palletized and trucked to one of 15 warehouses across the US and Canada.
